Who you are:
You'll join our 4-person Product team alongside another talented UX/UI designer and will play a crucial role in improving and enhancing our users' experience. With your experience and understanding of user behavior, you’ll design intuitive user interfaces, based on research and current trends.
Purpose of the role
In this role, you'll be expected to drive and own the entire project lifecycle from start to finish, leveraging our established design system. You'll be trusted to take full ownership of the process and deliver high-quality outcomes. That will include:
Design and create unique, intuitive user interfaces and experiences
Lead research efforts to evaluate user needs and the user-friendliness of our products, providing valuable insights to the product team and the entire company
Create prototypes for new user interfaces to qualitatively test and improve design concepts before moving them into development
Play a significant role in the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation to the development
Integrate your deep understanding of common web technologies and UI guidelines into our development process, ensuring seamless and user-friendly product outcomes
Justify your design decisions within the teams and actively promote them during the development process
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers and other teams to create new features and ensure Know-how transfer
Leverage and continuously improve our design system, streamlining processes and making everyone's work more efficient

You bring several years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer
You bring a proven track record of leading user research initiatives and supporting design decisions with data-driven insights
You bring knowledge and experience with software development processes
You have experience prioritizing your backlog in a fast-paced environment and ensuring the proper allocation of assigned resources
You have excellent communication skills and experience in working closely with development team and product owners
You can drive workflows with a high level of self-responsibility and reliability
You are confident in taking responsibility, making decisions and stand behind them
You have excellent English language skills

How the Product team works:
We keep our processes agile with needed fixed points such as weekly team meetings, and retrospectives. Ad hoc communication is mostly done via Slack and video calls via Around. For important topics, we hold workshops and take every chance to meet in the office.
